Within the social care administration, about 1200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home care, disability services, social psychiatry, and individual and family care.
The health and medical care unit consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, and HSL-USK. We work with patients aged 18 and over who need health and medical care at the primary care level in their homes, both in special and ordinary housing.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for a Nurse who wants to work as a substitute and/or reinforcement in Special Housing.
Do you want to be part of a dedicated team where you can use your skills in an independent and meaningful way? Then the role of resource nurse within home care might be for you!
As a resource nurse, you work where the need is greatest within home care and move between different teams and areas. You collaborate closely with nurses, HSL assistants, rehabilitation staff, and other professional groups. The role is varied, independent, and flexible, and you contribute to safe and secure care in the patient's own home.
Responsibilities:
- Assessments, care planning, and follow-up.
- Medication management and medical interventions.
- Documentation in journal systems.
- Flexible interventions in different geographical areas.
- Collaboration with relatives and other caregivers.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a licensed Nurse.
- Has experience in municipal health and medical care (meritorious).
- Thrives in a mobile and independent role.
- Has good ability to collaborate and communicate.
- Has a B driver's license.
- We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
